Good communication is the heartbeat of a successful practice, for both clients and the practice team. With clients it is vital that they are dealt with in a professional and proficient manner. Whether it is on the phone or face to face, either way I can work with your Team to ensure that they can confidently be the voice of your business. Paying particular attention to looking at the Clients/ Patients experience or journey through the practice. This training is suitable for all team members, Vets, Nurses, Receptionists and support team. It can also be delivered to new team members covering the reception area who may or may not have Veterinary experience. These are an excellent way to expand your services and bond with clients, while allowing Nurses to use their extensive skillset to help you develop your preventative healthcare business. Nurse clinics can give you an additional income stream that you may not already be charging for. Many practices have “Free” nurse clinics, while there are certain ones such as Developmental check ups that can be part of a vaccine package, there are also opportunities to charge a Vet Nurse Consult fee thus creating a revenue stream for the practice. These opportunities such as Dental follow ups, Pup and Kitten vaccinations, Weight Management, Disease clinics such as Diabetes and Osteoarthritis follow up appointments that nurses can do, helping to free up a practitioners time slots, utilising a second consult room and ultimately increasing practice turnover.
